What delivery options do I have?
Internal
We offer FamilyMart pickup service (NTD$80 / Free on orders over NTD$5000)
3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing times. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that Etherealu is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs. Your order is shipped from Taipei, Taiwan.
Shipping to International
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the sharp drop in shipping flights led to an increase in international freight rates. Please inquire about the international freight charges before placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under MY ORDERS when you log in at My Account.
Undeliverable parcels
If we are unable to deliver your package, it will automatically be returned to Etherealu.
Import taxes and customs duties
Please note, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and customs duties upon delivery. Etherealu does not compensate these charges.
How to pay these fees?
Once the parcel has entered the destination location, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this process, import duties and tax fees will be calculated. If additional charges apply, our transport partner will contact you to pay the extra fee before Customs releases the order.
Bank fees
Please note, your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments.
Ethereal does not compensate for these charges. Please check with your bank for more information.
